Looking for team (~4k)

I'm looking for a team (i'm 3950 right now) and i want to find a new team, i just leave my old because there is a lot of problems with the level of my teammate and it's not really serious and i'm looking for serious team with scream/online competition and offline thereafter so i'm main ana/zen but i can flex on sym,lucio sometimes.
i am available lot in a week (like 20-23hCET) or more i can 00h.
